Gerardo Cortina has a wealth of experience in merchandise planning and allocation, having worked in various roles at multiple companies in the retail industry. Gerardo started their career at Gap Inc./Gap, where they served as a Senior Manager in Visual Merchandising and later became a Merchandise Planner. Gerardo then joined J.Crew, where they worked their way up to become a Senior Director in Merchandise Planning, overseeing various departments including Crewcuts and Women's. After J.Crew, they moved to Gymboree, where they held the positions of Senior Director and Vice President in Merchandise Planning. Prior to their current role, Cortina served as the Vice President of Planning & Allocation at White House Black Market. Gerardo is currently the Vice President of Planning and Allocation at J. Jill.
Gerardo Cortina has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Civil Engineering from California State University-Sacramento. Gerardo also completed coursework for a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance, General at Golden Gate University.
