Kyle Polischuk

Kyle Polischuk joined J.Jill in March 2021 as Senior Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer. Prior to joining J.Jill, Ms. Polischuk was Chief People Officer of MOO, an online design and printing company. Prior to that, Ms. Polischuk held various senior leadership roles with Hearts on Fire, Talbots and Orchard Brands. Ms. Polischuk brings with her a strong track record of building business-focused people initiatives to increase employee engagement and results. Ms. Polischuk earned her M. Ed. from Boston University and her Bachelor of Arts in Art History from Emmanuel College.
