Lucy Cole

Lucy Cole is an experienced sales professional currently serving as Sales Director at JKS Restaurants since April 2024. Prior to this role, Lucy held the position of Sales Director at Gordon Ramsay Restaurants from November 2022 to February 2024, and was Head of Sales at The New World Trading Company from January 2019 to November 2022, overseeing sales strategies across multiple brands and leading a team of eight.
