Saurav Nath is an accomplished development chef with extensive experience in the culinary industry, currently serving at JKS Restaurants since January 2018. Notable achievements include winning the “Salon Culinaire - Innovative Plant Based Starter Competition - Live Cook Off” from Compass Group in 2021 and being recognized as the “Tilda Chef Team of the Year” in 2020. Prior experience includes concept and menu development for Tapasya @ Marina Hull, head chef at INITO, and senior sous chef roles at Gymkhana and Benares Restaurant and Bar. Saurav's culinary journey began at the Hyatt Regency, where a solid foundation was established working alongside master chefs in various cuisines. Saurav holds a diploma in hotel management and applied nutrition and a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry.
