Kris Proulx is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in real estate, development, and management. Currently serving as a Real Estate and Development Specialist at JLG Architects since May 2021, Kris also holds the position of General Manager at both The Roofing Company and Midwest Modern since September 2020 and May 2013, respectively. Previous roles include Project Manager in Design and Construction at CHS and Management Trainee, as well as Teaching Assistant at North Dakota State University. Kris has contributed as a Designer at HUASEN Shenzhen Architecture, Engineering, Design and Consulting. Educational qualifications include a Master of Architecture and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Design, Business Administration, and Psychology from North Dakota State University, a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Minnesota, and participation in the Asian International Studies Program at The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
