Megan Brannan

Megan Brannan is an experienced professional in talent sourcing and recruitment, currently serving as a Talent Sourcing & Attraction Partner at JLL since January 2022, where Megan supports internal stakeholders and clients in recruiting efforts and contributes to strategic sourcing initiatives. Previously, Megan held the position of Agency Recruiting Strategic Talent Sourcing Specialist at Farmers Insurance from January 2009 to December 2021, employing marketing tools and cold calls to recruit agency owners while leading their team in various recruitment metrics. Earlier roles at Farmers Insurance included positions as a Sourcing Specialist, Fire, Theft, Vandalism Specialist, Total Loss Specialist, Office Claims Representative, and Customer Service Associate, where Megan developed a strong foundation in claims management and customer service. Megan holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Avila University, obtained between 2006 and 2008.
