Vijay Kumar Jamwal

Vijay Kumar Jamwal has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Vijay Kumar currently holds the position of Head HR at Biz2Credit/Biz2X since December 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Rezo.ai from July 2022 to December 2022.

Before joining Rezo.ai, Vijay worked as the Director-Talent at Flyhomes from October 2021 to April 2022. Vijay Kumar also held the position of Director- Human Resources at ClearTrail Technologies from October 2019 to October 2021.

Vijay has a significant tenure at Gartner, where they worked in multiple leadership roles. Vijay Kumar was the Director- Human Resources, APAC from December 2016 to May 2019, overseeing business HR services delivery and leading HR people plans and processes. Prior to this, they served as the Country Manager- Human Resources-APAC from January 2014 to December 2016, responsible for delivering HR services and coaching business managers and HR teams. Vijay Kumar started their journey at Gartner as an HR Business Partner-India from August 2011 to December 2013, providing HR consulting and advisory services to managers and associates.

Before joining Gartner, Vijay occupied senior HR positions at HT Media Ltd and LiveMint, where they served as Senior Manager- HR from November 2009 to August 2011 and Manager-Human Resources with Mint from November 2007 to November 2009, respectively. Vijay Kumar also gained experience in Impetus Technologies as an Asst Manager-Human Resources from December 2005 to November 2007 and in GlobalLogic as a Sen Executive-Human Resources from August 2004 to December 2005.

Vijay began their career at Citifinancial as an Asst. Manager-Human Resources from February 2004 to July 2004. Throughout their career, Vijay has held various HR leadership positions and has demonstrated a strong understanding of HR strategies, talent management, and business partnering.

Vijay Kumar Jamwal completed their education at various institutions. Vijay Kumar obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Biology/Biological Sciences, General from Delhi University in the period from 1993 to 1997. Later on, from 2001 to 2003, they pursued an MBA in Human Resources at Symbiosis International University. During the same time frame, they also earned a Master's Degree in Labour Law & Labour Welfare from Savitribai Phule Pune University. Additionally, in 1991, they completed their 10th standard at Army Public School, Nehru Road, Lucknow.
