Patricia Offermanns

Patricia Offermanns is an accomplished HR leader with extensive experience across various industries, currently serving as the Head of Human Resources for Work Dynamics EMEA at JLL since September 2021. In this role, Patricia leads the HR function, partners with the CEO and board members, and oversees more than 10,000 employees, driving people strategies to support sustainable business growth. Previously, Patricia held senior HR positions at GE Renewable Energy, GE Capital, Citigroup, and Hayward Filtration GmbH, where significant achievements included leading HR initiatives across multiple regions, managing European Works Council committees, and driving change management projects. Patricia’s academic qualifications include a Master of Science in European Business and Languages from London South Bank University and a Diplom-Übersetzer from Cologne University of Applied Sciences.
