Richa Sahay

Richa Sahay is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sustainability consulting and corporate real estate. Currently serving as Senior Director of Solutions Development at JLL since March 2023, Richa leads the creation of innovative solutions for clients. As Vice President of Sustainability Consulting at JLL, Richa is also a key member of the national leadership team, focusing on growth and marketing for sustainability initiatives. Prior to this, Richa held significant roles at the World Economic Forum and the United Nations, including Associate Director for the First Movers Coalition and Advisor in the Climate Action Team, respectively. Richa’s academic credentials include a Master’s degree in International Relations from Columbia University, a certificate in Systems Leadership from the University of Oxford, and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Brandeis University. Currently, Richa is a Chief Member of a prominent network for female executives.
