Rozenn Heathcote

Rozenn Heathcote is an experienced professional in human resources and legal operations. Currently serving as Executive Director of Legal Operations & Strategy at JLL since January 2013, Rozenn has held multiple leadership roles, including Global HR PMO Lead and Head of HR for Integrated Facilities Management in Asia Pacific. Notably, Rozenn led HR efforts for a significant transition within JLL, coordinating actions across 15 countries and integrating 1,000 employees for a global account. Prior to JLL, Rozenn held roles at Sodexo Hong Kong Ltd as Human Resources Director and various positions at Sodexo, where responsibilities included managing rewards and HR in the UK and Ireland.
