Krishna Rao

Krishna Rao has extensive work experience in various roles and organizations.

Krishna started their career as a Management Trainee at Seagram in 1993 and worked there until 1994.

Krishna then joined Gujarat Guardian Limited as an Area Manager from 1994 to 2001.

In 2001, they joined Kotak Securities as an Associate Vice President and held this role until 2004 when they were promoted to Vice President at the same company, where they worked until 2007.

From 2007 to 2016, Krishna worked at Kotak Securities Limited and held various positions, including Vice President, Senior Vice President, and Executive Vice President. During this time, they specialized in Wealth Management, Stock Broking, PMS services, Mutual Fund Advisory, Corporate Broking, and Retail Broking.

Krishna then joined JM Financial in 2016 as an Executive Director and later got promoted to Managing Director in August 2019.

Krishna Rao completed the General Management Program in Business Administration and Management from the Indian School of Business in 2021-2022. Prior to that, in 1993-1994, they obtained a PGDM degree with a specialization in Marketing from Bhartiya Vidya Bhawan. In 1991-1993, Krishna attended Osmania University, although their degree and field of study during this period have not been specified.
