George Ellinidis

George Ellinidis is an accomplished legal professional and educator with extensive experience in both academia and the corporate sector. Currently serving as an Adjunct Professor at York University - Osgoode Hall Law School and Toronto Metropolitan University, George has a robust background in business law education. In the corporate realm, George has held various significant roles at The J.M. Smucker Co. since 2009, most recently as Vice President and General Counsel - International. Previously, George served as General Counsel & Secretary at Toyota / Lexus Financial Services and worked as an Associate at Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP. George holds a Master of Laws in International Trade/Finance from Georgetown University Law Center, a Bachelor of Laws from York University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology/Political Science from the University of Toronto.
