Richard Cripps

Richard Cripps is an experienced professional in data engineering, analytics, and artificial intelligence, currently serving as Head of US, Associate Partner at JMAN Group since September 2023, where Richard is leading the firm's North American expansion. Previously, Richard held the position of Head of Corporate Development & Strategy at The Engineered Stone Group from November 2021 to April 2023, focusing on commercial strategy and M&A, successfully executing a buy-and-build strategy and overseeing significant projects. Prior experience includes a role as Project Leader at Boston Consulting Group, where Richard worked on various M&A and turnaround projects, and a secondment as Senior Policy Advisor at the UK Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy. Richard began a career as an Analyst at Deutsche Bank in the Financial Institutions Group, following a Bachelor of Arts degree in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from the University of Oxford.
