Karthik Janardhanan

Karthik Janardhanan has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Karthik started their career at EM Shivamani Private Limited in 2012, where they worked as a Trainee, gaining practical training in manufacturing techniques using CNC Lathes, Mills, and Drilling machines. Karthik was also exposed to the assembly of Packing machinery during this role. In 2013, they joined ITC Infotech as an Intern, where they designed an automotive seat latch mechanism using Pro/Engineer. Karthik also performed FE Analysis on the final model using Hypermesh and Ansys 14.

In 2015, Karthik joined Rochester Institute of Technology as a Teaching Assistant, a role they held until 2016.

Since 2016, they have been working at JMA Wireless in various positions. Karthik started as a Mechanical Engineer and worked in this role until 2021. From 2021 to 2022, they served as a Senior Mechanical Engineer, and currently, they hold the position of Mechanical Engineering Manager, starting from February 2022. Karthik Janardhanan completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Mechanical Engineering at Manipal Institute of Technology from 2010 to 2014. Karthik went on to pursue a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering at Rochester Institute of Technology from 2014 to 2016.
