Megan L. Simmons has several years of work experience in various roles related to operations and procurement. Megan L. began their career at Cooper Industries, Inc. in 2012 as part of the Operations Leadership Program. During their time there, they focused on improving task efficiency and cost reduction, specifically through the implementation of automated processes and the transfer of shipments from air to ocean, resulting in significant annual savings.

In 2013, Simmons joined Eaton as part of the Operations Leadership Development Program. In this role, they successfully managed inventory levels, increased vendor on-time delivery (OTD), and facilitated the transfer of product lines to different locations, all while ensuring employee and vendor efficiency. Megan L. also played a role in analyzing production data and implementing Kanban to improve service and production lead times.
