Vanessa M.

Vanessa M. is an experienced Leadership Change and Performance Coach/Consultant currently working with JMW Consultants since April 2022, specializing in multi-sector change within the Fibre Optics industry. Concurrently, Vanessa serves as Board Chair for the African Diversity and Inclusion Center and has held various leadership roles including Interim Chief Executive at the Julian Campbell Foundation and Experiential Workshop Leader at Enact Solutions Limited. As the Founder and Lead Coach of The Harmony Project, Vanessa has dedicated over a decade to coaching carers, start-ups, and executives. Previous experience includes a role as Independent Development Coach for the United Nations and positions in assessment and partnership development with British Airways and Black Links Global. Vanessa’s educational background includes a postgraduate degree in Occupational Psychology from City, University of London, and a combined honours degree in Psychology and Management from London South Bank University.
