Victoria Gerezdi

Victoria joined JMW in November 2020 as HR Director.

Graduated from Leeds University with a BA in English Literature in 2000 and completed an MA in Human Resource Management at the Manchester Metropolitan University in 2001. She is a chartered member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).

Victoria has worked in HR across a range of sectors including Financial Services, Social Care, Further Education and Legal (Pannone which was then acquired by Slater & Gordon and DWF).
