Freddie Pragnell is currently the Chief of Process Improvement and Innovation at JN Bank, leading the digital transformation of the company. Prior to this role, Freddie held positions as Head of Digital Banking and Consultant at Capgemini Consulting, where Freddie provided strategic analysis and recommendations in the financial services industry. Freddie also worked as a journalist at The Gleaner Company (Media) Limited, where Freddie interviewed prominent members of Jamaican society. Freddie holds a Master of Arts in English Literature from UCL, a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Royal Holloway University, and legal degrees from BPP Law School.
