Jair Minott

Jair Minott is a seasoned professional, currently serving as the Manager for Special Projects at JN Bank since January 2022. Prior to this role, Jair held the same position at JN Small Business Loans from April 2014 to December 2021. With a background in securities trading, investment analysis, and market risk assessment, Jair also worked as a Project Consultant at The Jamaica National Group. Jair holds an MBA in Banking and Finance from The University of the West Indies, Mona, and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Western University.
