Meghan Ahern

Meghan Ahern currently works as an Associate Scientist at Jnana Therapeutics starting from May 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Sarepta Therapeutics as a Senior Research Associate from March 2022 to May 2023 and as a Research Associate II from August 2019 to March 2022. Before joining Sarepta Therapeutics, Meghan worked at Worcester Polytechnic Institute as a Research Assistant from August 2016 to August 2019. Meghan'sresponsibilities included conducting experiments with membrane proteins using fluorescence microscopy techniques, as well as various other tasks such as cloning, biotinylation and western blotting, mammalian cell culture, radioactive zinc assays, and confocal microscopy techniques. Meghan also served as a teaching assistant for undergraduate chemistry and biochemistry classes. Prior to their research roles, Meghan worked as an ER Patient Care Technician at MidState Medical Center from November 2015 to June 2016.
