Karen Kettinger

Karen Kettinger has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Starting in 2000, they worked at CarMax as a Senior Programmer Analyst, where they supervised a team of programmer analysts, conducted project management activities, and created training and documentation materials. In 2009, Karen volunteered at Johnston Willis Medical Center, where they assisted nurses, worked at information desks, sold items in the Gift Shop, and took part in various activities to support patients and staff. Since 2010, they have been working at Jo-Ann Stores, Inc. as an Operations Team Lead, responsible for store auditing, price changes, framing, receiving, and managing the back office. Karen's role also includes cash management, payroll, scheduling, and overseeing the task team.

Karen Kettinger earned an Associates in Arts and Sciences from John Tyler Community College in 1997. Karen then pursued a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Virginia Commonwealth University - School of Business, which they completed in 1999.
