Branka S.

Branka S. serves as a Key Researcher and Deputy Head of the Research Group in Cyber Security and Defence at JOANNEUM RESEARCH Forschungsgesellschaft mbH since March 2019, leading contributions to the FinTech H2020 project CRITICAL-CHAINS. Additionally, Branka is a lecturer at both FH Joanneum and Technische Universität Graz, specializing in machine learning, optimization for testing, and the design of real-time embedded systems. Prior experience includes a tenure at Vlatacom d.o.o. from October 2008 to February 2019, where Branka held multiple roles including System Architect, Team Lead, and Computer Vision Specialist, focusing on real-time video enhancement and algorithm development. Branka holds a Ph.D. in Computer Vision and Machine Learning and a Master's Degree in Telecommunications from the University of Belgrade, School of Electrical Engineering.
