Cathleen Anderson

Cathleen Anderson has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Cathleen started their career as a Buyer's Agent at Re/Max Heart of Texas in 1994, where they also worked on marketing and advertising campaigns. In 1996, they joined Robert Half International, starting as a Recruiting Manager and later taking on roles such as Branch Manager, Division Director, and Business Development Manager over their nine-year tenure. In 2005, they became the VP of Professional Services at Clarity Solution Group, where they led business development efforts and oversaw recruitment and placement activities. From 2009 to 2013, they served as the Branch Manager for PrincetonOne in Austin, building the office's Accounting & Finance Practice from scratch. Cathleen later held roles such as Regional Director, National Practice Director for Accounting & Finance Search & Contract Staffing, and Managing Director for Professional Search & Contract Staffing at PrincetonOne. In 2023, they became the President of Search at Job.com and its portfolio of legacy firms, leading a team of over 300 staffing and recruiting experts.

Cathleen Anderson attended Wilton High School from 1986 to 1989. Following their high school education, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Marketing at Marietta College from 1989 to 1993.
