Tamrin Booth serves as the Head of Online Products at Job Crystal since March 2021, where responsibilities include developing sourcing strategies, managing client relationships, and driving product innovation for online offerings such as Crystal AI and background checks. Previously, Tamrin held the position of Chief Client Lead at Job Crystal, contributing to bridging the talent gap and addressing unemployment in South Africa through effective recruitment solutions. Prior roles include Chief Talent Magnet at Armstrong Appointments and Executive Consultant at The MPRTC Group, along with experience as Team Manager and Recruitment Consultant at Job Crystal. Tamrin is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce in Quantitative Management, focusing on Quantitative Modelling and Statistics at UNISA.
