Pat Bertagnolli

Patrick Bertagnolli, SHRM-SCP, serves as the Executive Director of Job Service North Dakota since February 2022. Prior roles include serving as the Rough Rider Center & Community Enhancement Director for the City of Watford City, where responsibilities encompassed community engagement and workforce initiatives from December 2019 to February 2022. Patrick has extensive experience in human resources, with previous positions including Vice President of Human Resources at MBI Energy Services and Director of Human Resources at Nuverra Environmental Solutions, focusing on recruitment, training, and employee relations. A background at UPS spanned over 18 years in various managerial roles, including directing operations and human resources across multiple states. Patrick holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Carroll College.
