Coleen Fernandez

Coleen Fernandez has a strong and diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Coleen most recently worked at JobAdder, starting in August 2022, where they were involved in implementations and customer onboarding. Prior to that, they were a Product Manager at nChoose2 from June 2022. Coleen also worked at Sendle as a Product Manager from January 2022 until June 2022, and as a People & Culture Partner/Director of People & Culture from December 2019 to December 2021. Before joining Sendle, Coleen was a Program Manager at Commonwealth Bank from June 2019 to December 2019, where they focused on talent management and succession planning. Coleen Fernandez received their education from various institutions. Coleen attended Charles Sturt University from 2009 to 2016, where they pursued a degree in Social Science/ Business. Coleen'sfield of study focused on Psychology and Human Resource Management. Prior to that, from 2005 to 2008, Coleen studied at Western Sydney University and obtained a degree in Music with a specialization in Digital Musics.

In addition to their formal education, Coleen also acquired several certifications. In August 2021, they obtained a certification in "Designing for accessibility and inclusion" from Intopia. In September 2018, they became a "Certified ScrumMaster" through SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile. Furthermore, in September 2015, they completed a certification in "Mental Health First Aid" from Mental Health First Aid Australia.

Recently, in August 2022, Coleen gained several certifications from JobAdder. These include "Advanced User," "Agency Admin," "Getting Started," "Intermediate User," and "Onboarding Path." These certifications highlight their expertise and proficiency in JobAdder software and related tasks.
