Jez Louise

Director of Global Customer Success at JobAdder

Jez Louise has a diverse and extensive work experience. They began their career as an Assistant at Kilgraston School in 2006. From there, they worked at Mac & Me, starting as a Customer Support Representative in 2007 and eventually becoming a Professional Service Manager and Customer Support & Training Manager. In 2013, Jez joined JobAdder as an APAC Product Support Manager, where they managed the APAC team and ensured the achievement of KPIs/OKRs. They also had a deep understanding of JobAdder's product and industry best practices. During their time at JobAdder, Jez held various leadership positions, including Head of Support, Head of Global Support, Head of Customer Success, and currently, Director of Global Customer Success. In these roles, Jez focused on strategic coordination, implementing automation tools, and collaborating with global team leads to improve processes and mitigate risks.

Jez Louise has a diverse education history. From 2008 to 2013, they attended Curtin University and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Business Administration and Management. Additionally, in 2008 and 2009, they studied at TAFE NSW, obtaining a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment with a specialization in Training and Assessment.

Prior to their tertiary education, Jez attended Stella Maris College, Manly from 2000 to 2005, although the specific degree and field of study are not mentioned.

Jez also has several additional certifications to complement their formal education. In 2022, they obtained a certification in Designing Organizational Structure from Harvard Business School. In 2016, they received a Zendesk Support Administrator certification from Zendesk.
