Michael Osmond

Michael Osmond has a diverse range of work experience. Michael began their career as a Function Support, Cellar, Bar Attendant, Concierge, and Maintenance at Tradies from September 2008 to January 2011. Michael then worked as an HR Business Partner at Nexia Australia from March 2011 to September 2016. Following this, they joined the Football Federation Australia, where they held the positions of Senior Human Resources Business Partner from September 2016 to July 2018 and Head of People & Culture from July 2018 to August 2019. In 2018, they also served as a Director at Southern Districts Rugby Club from November 2018 to April 2020. Currently, they are the Head of People at JobAdder, a position they have held since August 2019.

Michael Osmond attended the University of Wollongong from 2007 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree with a focus on Human Resources and International Business. Prior to that, they studied at Newington College from 2002 to 2007, but no specific degree or field of study was mentioned.
