Brian Masson

Brian Masson has over 15 years of work experience, primarily focused on security and risk management. Brian'smost recent role was as the Sr. Director of Security at Jobber, where they were responsible for enterprise risk management, infosec, awareness, and evangelism. Before that, they served as the Director of Security and FinTech Risk at Jobber, where they focused on financial risk specific to embedded fintech and payments features. Prior to their time at Jobber, Brian held various senior-level security positions at Layla, d1g1t Inc., Receptiviti, Great-West Life, Wave HQ, Openlane.com, CPNI inc, Bibliocommons, and Destinator Technologies. Brian has a strong background in information security and risk management, and has also worked in quality assurance and software testing roles earlier in their career.

Brian Masson earned a Bachelor of Mathematics degree in Computer Science from the University of Waterloo from 2000 to 2006. Brian also obtained additional certifications including Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) from (ISC)² in January 2019 and CCSK from the Cloud Security Alliance in 2018.
