Sarah King

Sarah King is an experienced Knowledge Base Manager at Jobber since December 2017, where responsibilities include developing and maintaining a customer-facing knowledge base and managing AI support channels. Prior roles at Jobber also include Technical Writer and Product Specialist, focusing on documentation and customer queries. Prior to Jobber, Sarah held customer service-oriented positions at Anthropologie as an Apparel Supervisor and at Starbucks as a Shift Supervisor, highlighting a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
