Daniel Schaefer

Daniel Schaefer has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruiting. Daniel currently holds the position of Director of Talent Acquisition at Jobcase, Inc., a social media platform focused on empowering workers. Prior to this role, they served as a Senior Manager and Manager of Talent Acquisition at the same company. Before joining Jobcase, Daniel worked as a Senior Recruiter at Wayfair, an online retailer specializing in home furnishings. Their earlier experience includes working as an Executive Recruiter at Randstad USA, where they provided recruiting solutions for accounting, finance, HR, and sales positions. Daniel also worked as a Senior Vice President and Executive Recruiter at Criterion Management LLC, a recruitment firm specializing in representing senior wealth advisors.

Daniel Schaefer attended the University of Connecticut from 2006 to 2010, where they earned a degree in History with a focus on Sociology. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Ridgefield High School from 2002 to 2006. Daniel also holds a certification in "Preventing Discrimination & Harassment: US Managers V4.1" from Traliant, obtained in 2022.
