Andriy Baskakov

Andriy Baskakov has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Andriy co-founded NUWORK Inc. in 2019 and serves as the CEO. In this position, they have worked with notable clients such as Shell, Jooble, Carlsberg, Pepsico, Japan Tobacco International, Budget, and British American Tobacco.

In 2023, Andriy became a strategic advisor at DealsFarmer. Additionally, in 2021, they co-founded JOBIAN and serves as the CBDO. JOBIAN focuses on expanding talent pools globally and connecting international talent with job opportunities in industries such as transportation, logistics, hospitality, and medical.

Prior to these roles, Andriy co-founded and served as the director of 2HR Tech from 2018 to 2022. Andriy also worked as the director of Ukr Staff, an HR consulting agency offering customized services in recruitment, outsourcing, and outstaffing. Andriy held this position from 2016 to 2018.

Andriy Baskakov's education history begins with their pursuit of a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Economics at Chernihiv Polytechnic National University. Andriy attended this institution from 2013 to 2017. Prior to that, they acquired a Master's degree in International Business from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, where they studied from 2008 to 2013. In 2011, Andriy also had an educational experience at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), where they focused on Personal Mastery in the Art of Negotiating. Additionally, in 2018, they obtained a certification in Applied Data Science with Python Specialization from Coursera.
