Lukas Erlebach

Lukas Erlebach has a long history of experience in the business world. Lukas began their career in 2005 as a Student Analyst at Arthur D. Little. In 2006, they joined The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) as a Consultant and then an Associate. In 2013, they became the Head of Germany at Zalando SE, where they were responsible for the top- and bottom-line results and managed a customer invest budget of over €100m. In 2020, they became a Limited Partner at The Fund. Most recently, in 2016, they co-founded and became the CEO of Joblift, a tech-based recruiting platform.

Lukas Erlebach's education history includes a Masters in Finance from the London Business School from 2010 to 2011, a CEMS Master's in International Management from CEMS - The Global Alliance in Management Education and Esade from 2005 to 2006, a Master of Business Administration from WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business) from 2001 to 2006, and a Master's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Université Paris Dauphine - PSL from 2003 to 2004.
