Eric Spitz has over 25 years of experience in sales and account management. Eric began their career in 1993 as an Account Manager at Computer Discount Warehouse. In 1995, they joined Canon USA, where they progressed through four levels of sales roles for ink jet printers, supplies and photo paper. During this time, they grew their territory revenue by 28% to $100M and was awarded RSM of the Year in 2000. Eric then moved to Eastman Kodak in 2001, where they managed key accounts in the OSS and CE channels for sales of digital cameras and printers. Eric secured business with Big Box retailers, such as Circuit City, to grow market share and developed planograms and incremental POP displays and end caps across multiple product categories. In 2006, they joined Linksys (Cisco Systems) as a National Account Manager, managing key accounts such as Office Depot, OfficeMax and Home Depot. Eric developed and executed strategic business and advertising plans, sell in/out activities, supply chain management and operations. In 2007, they moved to Progressive Leasing, where they held three roles over seven years, including Director of Sales, Senior Sales Manager, and National Account Executive. In this role, they accelerated market penetration in a highly competitive industry, launched virtual lease-to-own solutions at large Enterprise retailers, and directed POS/waterfall integrations, marketing campaigns, front/back-end processes, and training programs to generate $79M+ annual sales. In 2014, they joined Dyson as a National Account Manager, providing oversight of the Club/Warehouse channel with $140M annual revenue, building partner alliances with Costco, Sam's Club and BJ's Wholesale accounts. In 2022, they joined JobNimbus as a Channel Management Director.

Eric Spitz completed their BA in Speech and Communication Studies at San Francisco State University between 1986 and 1992. Eric has also obtained seven certifications from LinkedIn, the most recent being Giving and Receiving Feedback and You Need a Career Development Plan, both obtained in April 2022. Prior to that, they obtained Executive Presence on Video Conference Calls, Goal Setting: Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), Leading with Stories, Making Great Sales Presentations, and Stories Every Leader Should Tell in May 2021.
