Rachael Jolly Kosakowski

Rachael Jolly Kosakowski is the Young Professional Chair at Fairlawn Area Chamber of Commerce, where Rachael focuses on engaging young professionals to develop their leadership skills and network with local businesses. Rachael is also the Founder and Chair of Multi-Chamber Young Professionals, connecting young professionals from various chambers. Additionally, Rachael works with Jobs for Ohio's Graduates as the Summit County Employer & Community Engagement, helping youth with barriers to success transition to employment. With a background in banking, Rachael has held positions as a Mortgage Loan Officer and Personal Banker at KeyBank, and as a Senior Customer Service Representative at U.S. Bank, Fifth Third Bank, and PNC.
