David Altstadt serves as the Director of Policy Campaigns at Jobs for the Future (JFF), leading advocacy initiatives to enhance JFF's national policy influence and the enterprise-wide policy agenda, No Dead Ends. With a strong background in policy and advocacy, David has held various leadership roles at JFF, directing major projects and partnerships focused on education and workforce development. Prior experience includes working as a Manager at Windham Workforce Investment Board, where David managed workforce development projects, and running David Altstadt Consulting, LLC, providing research and policy analysis for notable organizations. Educational credentials include a Master of Arts in Liberal Studies focused on Social and Public Policy from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from Ohio University.
