Devon M. has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. They currently work at Jobs for the Future (JFF) as the Director of Solutions Design & Delivery. Prior to this, Devon held the position of Associate Director at JFF. They also worked at the National Skills Coalition as the State Network Manager from 2019 to 2021. Devon's experience includes working at LeadersUp as the Sr. Manager of Networks & Strategic Partnerships, and earlier as the Manager of Strategic Partnerships. They also worked at Advancement Project (CA) as a Research & Policy Analyst focusing on Educational Equity. Additionally, Devon served as the Co-Director of Education Policy at Public Citizens for Children and Youth. Devon gained experience as an Administrative Services Intern at the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, and as an Administrative Assistant at Valensi Rose, PLC. Devon M. has a Master's degree in Higher Education/Higher Education Administration from the University of Pennsylvania. Prior to obtaining the Master's degree, Devon earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A) in Political Science from UCLA. In addition to their formal education, Devon has obtained certifications in Workforce Leadership Network from Coro Southern California in May 2023 and Board Governance from The African American Board Leadership Institute, although the month and year of obtaining the latter certification are unknown.
