Joel Hernandez, M.S. HR Management, has a diverse work experience spanning various companies and roles. Joel Hernandez, is currently working at Jobs for the Future (JFF) as the Director of Talent Acquisition since February 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Manager Talent Acquisition at JFF from September 2021 to February 2023.

In 2020, they further expanded their knowledge by enrolling in Georgetown University and completing an Executive Certificate in Leadership Coaching, specializing in Executive Coaching, in 2021.
