Jennifer Meier

Jennifer Meier serves as the Senior Manager in Solutions, Design and Delivery for the JFF Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Accessibility in Registered Apprenticeship Center of Excellence since September 2021. In this role, Jennifer oversees external partner relationships, manages industry and employer association interactions, and leads coordination for large-scale DEIA events. Prior experience includes leading strategic partnerships for iJAG, managing student internship programs at the Iowa Economic Development Authority, and providing career advising at Iowa State University. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Arts in Art with a focus on Art Education from the University of Iowa and has demonstrated expertise in workforce development, partnership cultivation, and organizational visibility initiatives throughout a diverse career.
