Max Milder

Max Milder has a diverse work experience spanning various organizations and roles. Starting in 2008, they worked at Camp David Soccer for Kids as an Assistant Director, where they provided soccer instruction, managed a team of coaches, and implemented individualized training plans. From 2012 to 2014, Max worked as a National Teaching Fellow at Citizen Schools, teaching subjects to Special Education students, managing campus data, and leading training on data analysis. Moving on, they joined EAB in 2014 and held multiple roles, including Research Associate, Senior Analyst, Associate Director, and Director of Research Advisory Services. At EAB, Max wrote research briefs, conducted qualitative research interviews, and played a key role in establishing a market research team. In 2022, Max joined Coursera as a Senior Manager of Market Research & Insights, before assuming the position of Director of Insights at JFF Labs in 2023.

Max Milder completed their education with a Master of Public Administration (M.P.A.) degree from Clark University in the year 2012. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science from the same university in 2011. Additionally, they obtained a certification called "AI for Everyone" from Coursera in October 2022.
