Lisa Bridges

Lisa Bridges has over 20 years of work experience in the Human Resources and Recruiting field. Lisa began their career in 1997 as a Recruiter at Silicon Solutions. From 1998 to 2000 they worked as an Internal Staffing/Recruiter at Comms People/Glotel, where they successfully created an Internal Staffing department, saving the company over $600K in agency fees. In 2000, they took on the role of Recruiter/Human Resources at S.Com. From 2002 to 2003, they worked as an Administrative Assistant (Contract) at Stormfront Studios and as a Recruiter/HR Representative (Contract) at OnLok. In 2003, they joined Progressus Therapy as an Early Intervention Manager/Senior Recruiter, where they were responsible for client development of regional centers throughout Northern California, recruitment and staffing of clinicians for the Early Intervention program, and processing the billing for all regional centers in their territory. From 2008 to 2010, they worked as a Senior Recruiter/Expert Recruiter at JustAnswer/Pearl.com, managing the full life cycle recruiting process and partnering with team members to develop, implement, and execute the hiring strategy for all assigned requisitions. From 2010 to 2011, they were Self Employed as a Recruiting Consultant, managing the full life cycle recruiting process for a start up recruiting agency, sourcing and screening resumes to discover qualified candidates, and recruiting for System Administrators, Programmer Analysts, Lead Software Engineers, ASP, etc. Since 2011, they have been the Director, Success & Support at JobScore.

Lisa Bridges graduated from California State University, Chico in 1993 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science.
