Tristan Shing

Tristan Shing's work experience starts in 2008 at YesAsia.com, where they worked as a Business Analyst before progressing to Senior Business Analyst and Assistant Promotion Manager. Tristan then became a Marketing Manager, responsible for various projects and areas including business planning, product development, logistics, and media. In 2013, Tristan joined MaBelle Jewellery Co. Ltd as a Communication Manager, focusing on digital initiatives to drive footfall and brand communication. From 2014 to 2021, they worked at a company called "新巢公司", initially as an Integrated Marketing Manager and later as the Head of Digital, CRM, and Direct to Consumer Sale. Tristan'sresponsibilities included managing multichannel digital and CRM communication, performance marketing, brand activation campaigns, and agency management. Currently, Tristan is the Head of Marketing at JobsDB Hong Kong, overseeing brand development, marketing channels, partnership, and growth in brand health metrics and business.

Tristan Shing holds a Master's Degree in Chemical Pathology (Medical) from The Chinese University of Hong Kong. Tristan also completed a Bachelor's Degree in BSc: Molecular Biotechnology & Business Administration from the same institution. In addition, they obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) with a specialization in Hong Kong and British Law from The Manchester Metropolitan University. Tristan also had the opportunity to be an Exchange Student at the University of Cambridge. Along with their formal education, they have obtained several certifications, including Management Consulting: Analyst Level from the Management Consulting Institute, Nestle Executive Training Program (NEXT1, Greater China Region) from Nestlé, Certificate in Digital Transformation Leadership from Kungliga Tekniska högskolan, and Certificate in Digital Marketing and Innovation from Squared Online.
