Kate Baldwin-Leibrock has extensive experience in operational support and team management across various organizations. Currently serving as Sr. Office Manager & HR Assistant at JobsOhio since May 2019, Kate is responsible for scheduling, travel arrangements, vendor management, and ensuring an exceptional visitor experience. Previously, as Membership Services Manager at Columbus Idea Foundry, Kate supported a growing CoWorking community and merged it with existing workshop members. At the Columbus Museum of Art, Kate led the Visitor Experience Team and managed admissions, delivering exceptional visitor services. Early career roles included Shift Manager at Starbucks, overseeing daily operations and customer service, and providing administrative support at Otterbein University while earning a Bachelor of Music Education degree from the institution.
