Sheila Aekins

Sheila Aekins is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at JobsOhio since June 2014, where responsibilities include partnering with businesses to foster job creation and capital investment in Ohio. A past president of the Human Resource Association of Central Ohio, Sheila has significant experience managing HR functions in various organizations, including Health Care DataWorks, Rolta TUSC, and WHITTMANHART Consulting. Sheila's career began in HR management roles at Divine and Platinum Group International. Sheila holds a BA in Rhetoric and Communication from Kent State University.
