Froilan Magdadaro

Froilan Magdadaro has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Froilan started their career at Hypertech Corporation in 1997, where they worked as a Customer Support/IT Supervisor. In this role, they ensured product testing and created test scenarios focused on customer setup. Froilan also documented troubleshooting steps and provided support to sales personnel.

After that, Froilan worked at Lexmark Research and Development Corp, starting as a System Test Coordinator/Project Manager in 2001. Froilan managed testing programs and relationships between different groups to ensure the delivery of high-quality products. Later, they became a System Test Manager, responsible for offshore quality assurance operations for Lexmark's printer products. Froilan managed resources and worked closely with peers and senior management for successful product delivery. Lastly, they served as a Software Quality Assurance Manager, overseeing a team of Software Test Engineers and designing customer-focused test strategies.

Froilan's most recent work experience is at JobTarget, where they initially joined as a Software Development Manager in 2014. Froilan managed the Development Services group supporting Jobtarget.com. Froilan then took on the role of Senior Operations Manager, responsible for various departments, including IT, QA, Customer Support, and Data Entry. Froilan managed personnel, evaluated performance, and ensured smooth operations.

In February 2022, Froilan became the Director of Technical Operations at JobTarget, overseeing Software Development, IT operations, QA, Data Entry, and related areas. Froilan handles the management of operations in Cebu.

Froilan Magdadaro pursued their education in a chronological manner, starting with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering at the University of Cebu from 1992 to 1997. Following this, they proceeded to further their studies at Ateneo de Manila University, where they pursued a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) from 2005 to 2013.
