Alexia Socquet has a wealth of experience in customer success and operations roles. Alexia began their career in 2008 as an Assistante de Direction Commerciale chez Gault Millau with Groupe Smart&co. In 2011, they moved to La Banque Postale, where they worked as a Guichetière. In 2012, they joined CareerBuilder, where they held a variety of roles, including Manager Customer Operations, Operations Manager, Manager Customer Success, Client Success Manager Team Lead, and Account Manager. In 2018, they joined JobTeaser, where they have held the roles of Head of Customer Experience & Sales Enablement, Head of Operations, Manager Customer Success / Operations, and Manager Corporate Customer Success France.
Alexia Socquet began their education in 2003, earning a Licence LLCE Anglais from Université Paul Valéry - Montpellier III in 2006. Alexia then went on to earn a Master 2 Management Tourisme et Hôtellerie Internationale, with an Option Hôtellerie Internationale et Multimédia, from Institut Jacques Maillot in 2008. In 2006, they also earned a Licence from The University of Edinburgh.
