Anissa Hocine ☁

Anissa Hocine ☁ has been working in the Salesforce and CRM industry since 2006. Anissa started their career at Canal+ as a CRM Project Manager - Canal Overseas Africa, where they created and developed digital and print assets for the loyalty program. Anissa then moved to Microsoft as a Junior Product Manager - Windows Media Center, where they developed and managed new TV and Radio partnerships for the Windows Media Center application. In 2010, they joined Sony as a Communication & CRM Specialist, managing Paid Media campaigns for the TV / Home / Audio / Digital Imaging products. In 2017, Anissa joined EI-Technologies as a Salesforce CRM Consultant - Certified Administrator, where they owned the customization of Salesforce products and developed relationships with customers. Most recently, Anissa has been working at JobTeaser as a Salesforce Project Manager (5x Salesforce Certified), managing full project lifecycles with the implementation of Salesforce projects.

Anissa Hocine has attended Ecole Supérieure de Publicité. Anissa has also obtained several certifications from Salesforce, including Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder (2019), Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Email Specialist (2018), Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant (2018), Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant (2018), and Salesforce Certification Administrateur (2017).
