Clara Pénalba

Clara Pénalba has a wealth of experience in product management, growth marketing, mentoring, field marketing, digital acquisition, SEO, public relations, communication and marketing, and design. Clara began their career in 2012 as a Jewel & Texile Designer for Sandrine de Montard in Barcelona, followed by a role as Communication Assistant at Lalique in 2014. In 2015, they held two roles, Communication & Marketing Assistant at Lelièvre and Press Relation Assistant at MESSIKA PARIS. From 2016 to 2019, they were Head of Digital Acquisition, Senior Marketing Manager, SEO & New Channels, and Marketing Project Manager at Privateaser. In 2019, they were a Mentor Étudiant at My Job Glasses and in 2020 they were a Mentor Étudiant at JobIRL L'orientation In Real Life. Clara is currently a Product Manager and Growth Marketing Manager at JobTeaser, and a Senior Field Marketing Manager at Plato.

Clara Pénalba has a diverse educational background, beginning with a Cycle d'initiation à l'espace from Institut Français du Design - Ecole Camondo in 2008-2009. Clara then completed a Mise à Niveau en Arts Appliqués from ENSAAMA Olivier de Serres in 2009-2010, followed by a Textile Design Bachelor's Degree from the same institution in 2010-2012. In 2013-2015, Clara earned a Corporate and Brand Communication Master from ISCOM. Clara then completed a Master Fashion and Luxury Marketing Management from LISAA in 2016-2017. Most recently, Clara obtained an Immersion Growth Marketing certification from Growth Tribe in August 2021.
