Lasse Lysen

Lasse Lysen has a long and varied work history, beginning with a Customer Service role at Shell in 2003. Lasse then worked at Q8 Danmark A/S in the same capacity before moving to GDC A/S as a Logistics Employee in 2006. In 2012, they began working at Graduateland, where they held multiple roles, including Sales Manager / Recruitment & Employer Branding Consultant, Senior Consultant, Team Lead, B2B Sales, Country Manager / CEO Sweden, and Product Owner / Head of Insights. In 2016, Lasse Lysen began working at Apidemia as a Business Development Manager. Lasse then moved to OMD Danmark in 2017 as a Performance Marketing / Planning and Optimization Manager. In 2019, they took on the role of Key Account Manager, B2B Partnerships & Agencies at Politiken. In 2021, they began working at Graduateland again as a People and Culture Manager. Finally, in 2022, they took on the role of Head of HR Nordics at JobTeaser.

Lasse Lysen began their educational journey in 2003 when they graduated from Herlev Gymnasium with a High School Diploma in Mathematics. Lasse then attended Copenhagen Business School from 2007 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in International Business & Politics. In 2009, they were an exchange student at Auckland University of Technology, studying International Business.
