Mathilde Geistodt-Kiener began their career in 2011 as an Assistant to the Director of Operations at the Great Place to Work Institute. In 2012, they took on the role of Responsible Village-Etape for Raid Hannibal, where they were responsible for finding three different locations in the Alps to accommodate staff and runners. In 2013, they became an Assistant Category Manager OOH-Glaces at Unilever, where they analyzed promotional operations and monitored sales of products and innovations, as well as launching activations with clients. In 2014, they were an Assistant Chef de Produit Finish (Calgonit) at RB. In 2015, they held two positions simultaneously, Responsable Secteur GMS Paris Ouest at PepsiCo and Chargée de mission at France Parkinson. From 2017 to 2019, Mathilde worked at Johnson & Johnson as Responsable développement des Ventes, where they monitored key performance indicators and implemented sales strategies, as well as keeping an eye on competitors and maintaining and optimizing relationships with opinion leaders. Finally, from 2019 to the present, Mathilde has been employed at JobTeaser as both a Product Marketing Manager and Key Account Manager.
Mathilde Geistodt-Kiener completed a Master of Science (MSc) in Marketing from emlyon business school between 2010 and 2014. Mathilde also completed a degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from National Sun Yat-Sen University in 2013. Prior to that, they attended Classe préparatoire Notre dame du Grandchamp, Versailles from 2007 to 2010, where they studied Mathématiques, Economie, Culture Générale, Anglais, and Espagnol.
